Dr. Gupta comes to Spectrum Eye Care after serving as Assistant Profressor and Director of Cornea and Refractive Surgery of the Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences at University Hospitals Eye Institute, Case Western Reserve University starting in 2012.

Ryan J. Michel, D.O.
Dr. Michel comes to Spectrum Eye Care after serving as an active-duty Ophthalmologist in the U.S. Army. Whiles serving, he provided comprehensive ophthalmology care to service members, retirees, and their dependents including cataract surgery and minimally invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS). In addition, Dr. Michel has extensive experience in refractive surgery as he conducted LASIK and PRK for military service members to improve their capability to defend this great nation.

Yousef Aldairy, M.D. is a retina specialist. He completed a prestigious and rigorous vitreoretinal fellowship training at both Harvard Medical School and Duke University. After completing his fellowship at Duke University, he accepted a faculty position as a professor in the Department of Ophthalmology at Duke Eye Center.

Dr. Hoying is originally from West Union, Ohio. She attended Shawnee State University where she graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology Pre-Medicine and a minor in Chemistry in 2001. She then attended The Ohio State University College of Optometry where she received her Doctorate of Optometry in 2006.

Dr. Kleman graduated from the University of Toledo in 2013 with her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry. After working as a Certified Ophthalmic Assistant for 3 years, she moved to Chicago, Illinois to pursue optometry school. In May 2020 she finished her Doctorate from the Illinois College of Optometry. She is excited to begin her career with Spectrum Eye Care and serve the residents of Findlay and surrounding areas.

Dr. Rose Hayes was born and raised in Lima, Ohio. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Bluffton University and is a graduate from The Ohio State University College of Optometry. While at Ohio State, she was the Secretary of the Fellowship of Christian Optometrists and a member of the American Optometric Student Association.
