Dr. Scott O'Connor | Ophthalmologist in Findlay & Lima, OH

Dr. Scott O’Connor is a medical retina specialist and will be providing comprehensive retinal care to Findlay and the surrounding area. Dr. O’Connor comes to Spectrum Eye Care from Bend, Oregon where he created a retina practice and worked as the sole retina practitioner for over 15 years. Now, Dr. O’Connor brings his retinal expertise to Spectrum Eye Care to serve the patients of Northwest Ohio. Dr. O’Connor no longer performs surgery. However, his years of surgical experience and wisdom will be a valuable asset to patients. His areas of interest include diabetic eye care, macular degeneration, and retinal vascular disease. Dr. O’Connor did his ophthalmology training at The Cleveland Clinic and his retina training with Dr. Steve Charles, one of the “founding fathers” of the field.

Dr. O’Connor is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology.

Dr. O’Connor has been married over 20 years with two children. He loves to spend time with his “spoiled dog”. He also enjoys travel, golf, soccer, and cooking.
